By visiting or shopping at this web site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
Prices and Payment
All prices on this site are shown in UK pounds sterling. They include any VAT payable, but exclude delivery charges which are detailed in our Shipping and Handling page.
The total cost of your order will be the price of the products that you order, plus the delivery charge calculated by the weight of the package and the destination. The delivery charge will be itemised clearly in your Shopping Basket when you reach the checkout page, before you submit your order.
Prices, offers and products are subject to availability and may change before, but not after we accept your order. If a product becomes unavailable, we may offer you an alternative product.
Every care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications, colour and price of all products; however there may be occasional errors. If we discover an error in the information displayed about a product you have ordered, we will tell you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order. All items are offered subject to availability.
We currently accept payment by Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro and PayPal.
Payment is taken when your order is placed. We also accept payment by personal cheques drawn on a UK bank account. However, we must be in receipt of cleared funds before goods can be dispatched.
We offer a no quibble 30-day money back guarantee if you are not satisified with your purchases. This includes faulty stock or goods that are damaged on arrival. Please return it to us (with all relevant documentation and packaging) within 28 days and we will be happy to exchange it or refund your money.
Please note that when returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend that you ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge).
For International Returns from outside of the European Union, we are unable to accept returns without a Customs Declaration stating that the goods are being returned, either for replacement or refund. This documentation must be included with the Shipment.
